Returns Policy

Most damage sustained will be repairable. The key here is to stop using the bat once the damage has been noted and seek to get it repaired. Please use the contact us page on the website or email info@redinkcricket.co.uk. We will then discuss what is required and arrange for the repairs to be carried out.

Your new Red Ink Cricket bat comes with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Repairs to damages that are due to a manufacturing defect are covered under this warranty. We are unable to accept liability for damage sustained due to mistreatment, misuse or poor preparation. The warranty does not cover damage to your bat caused by use of poor quality ‘hard’ balls, driving of yorkers, excessive tapping at the wicket, damage caused by water exposure and general wear and tear.

Once your bat has been received, we will assess the damage and confirm what needs to be done. If we believe the damage caused is not covered under the warranty we will contact you to discuss and quote for the repairs. No chargeable work will be carried out prior to your authority.

Your must provide proof of purchase before any work is carried out under warranty. We cannot repair bats under warranty without this.

Most repairs should be carried out and returned to you within 10-14 days of assessment. At peak times this may change. We will keep you updated during the process and inform you if any delays are expected. Your bat will be returned to you via a courier which will require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is there to sign for the package. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused after the bat has left our workshop.
